  • What if I need to return an item
    If for any reason you wish to return an item you must ensure you abide by our returns policy which can be found at the bottom of our website.
  • When do I need to service my bike and how?
    All bike are sold with a service manual which outlines all servicing and maintenance requirements.
  • Being Chinese, am I going to struggle to get parts?
    No. We have a large supply of parts readily available in the UK and a great supply chain with our sister company. We are also creating a schedule which will allow our users to find replacement parts easily and off the shelf in shops across the country.
  • What if I have an issue with my bike
    We have a dedicated team to help support you with any mechanical issue you may have with you bike. Please contact support@nicot.uk
  • Are these just cheap chinese bikes?
    Simply, no. We have gone away from the old adage of cheap Chinese rubbish. All our bikes are made to the highest standard expected for the UK market. Most of our bikes have been modified and upgraded to ensure that all bikes are reliable and will last the test of time. As sure of this as we are, we are providing a 12 month warranty subject to terms and conditions.
  • Can I make a bulk order for my business
    We have many bike day companies who want the quality of brands like Honda but without the price tag. Our bikes are top of the range CDI engines with high quality parts used across our entire range making them the perfect alternative for other brands.   • I am a dealer and wish to stock Nicot bikes
    We are a growing name in the biking world and have gained a great reputation for quality and affordability. For this reason we are regularly selling bikes to dealers to stock in their shops.   • Where are the bikes Manufactured?
    Most parts are made in China and then shipped to the UK where the bikes are assembled before being delivered.
  • Can i become a distributor?
    At Nicot we are continually trying to grow our brand and looking for people to become distributors. We currently have teams operating in the East of England although we sell UK wide. If you or your business would be interested in becoming a distributor please contact sales@nicot.uk
  • Where can I find spare parts?
    We will shortly be adding a parts page to enable you to buy spares including upgrade items.
  • Am I able to return clothing?
    As long as you return the clothing within the 14 days ensuring that all tags are still attached and that the clothes are not damaged.
